Request a Yearbook


The following form lets you place a Request for a Yearbook. It does NOT guarentee you will get a yearbook. There were 150 yearbooks printed and as of this point, that is all there is to work with. In order to get a yearbook, you must qualify. Depending on demand, I may or may not extend production and make more. That will be a greater expense for the people who will get those yearbooks, but if you'll pay for it, I'll see what I can do.

There is a heirarchy to receiving the Yearbooks. It may seem unfair, but that's how it goes. People who contributed to the Yearbook, contributed significantly to the board or long-term regulars will get preference over other requests. I will not ignore requests from brand new regulars, but the others listed before will be considered first.

- You would like a copy of the yearbook
- You are willing/able to pay for your copy of the yearbook in US dollars prior to receiving your yearbook. If you can't convert the money yourself, you will need to send an equivlient amount and an additional amount with the Yearbook payment to cover my cost of converting.
- You understand that these yearbooks were very expensive and time consuming for me and there is no promise that you will get one. If copies run out, I may or may not be able to make more.

Yearbooks will be $5.00 (in US dollars) plus the cost of shipping. I will ship anywhere via the US postal service (that does go international) at your cost. If you're in the US, costs will be about $7-8 total. A specific amount will be provided if a yearbook will be provided to you. If you're international, costs will vary depending on how you want the yearbook shipped to you and how quickly. To the UK, for 4-7 day delivery, your total cost will be about $10 US. It could be more expensive if you want faster delivery or cheaper if you want 4-6 week delivery.

Do NOT send any money for a yearbook until I inform you to do so. Even if you already have an address to contact me at, DO NOT send anything until I have informed you that you can purchase a yearbook. I will send you an exact amount to mail to me as well as the address to send it to.
